A gathering of different charities raising money in a fair organised by Maidenheads Lion around Christmas time. The club makes money form stall holder pitch fees and a large raffle.
A swimming gala involving local teams raising money for their charities. Donations are shared with the Lions and this is the biggest money earner for the club.

As part of the Swimarathon Team, I organised the volunteer rota for the event. It was fun meeting the swimming teams on reception even though it was a bit cold early in the morning!
