ENTERED ON BEHALF OF DOREEN At our meeting this week we were lucky enough to be joined by a small group of angels - STREET ANGELS - a project which has been running for some years. Teams of 3 are in town late Saturday evenings.. They offer flip flops for tired feet, bottles of water, lollipops for sustenance, help for getting home safely and always have time for a friendly chat. Our club has recently supplied new warm jackets for the angels to wear and you cannot miss their distinctive blue clothing.
