The Lions train is having a very successful season this year. All the events have seen children flocking toward the train to ride around the field in the glorious sunshine. Mums , dads and even the children love the ride as it toots its horns to warn the pedestrians of the oncoming train. So much so it seems, that children who rode the train at the Maidenhead festival on Saturday begged their parents to come again on Sunday! At just £2 per seat the train is the cheapest ride in town but nevertheless generates thousands of pounds each year and every pound goes to those in need in our community. Who can resist riding the train for charity.
